Job summary

allofresh is seeking a PMO/Operations Excellence specialist for a 5-month maternity leave replacement in Indonesia. You will develop KPI ecosystems, analyze performance data, and drive cross-functional improvement across logistics, service, and production teams.

You will lead initiatives to streamline processes, generate regular performance reports, and propose cost-saving measures while collaborating with multiple departments to achieve aligned objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in PMO, strategic operations or operations excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven storytelling.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs for operational departments, identifying trends and insights.
• Use data analytics tools to assess performance, bottlenecks, and processes.
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Generate regular reports on performance metrics and recommendations.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service and production to align objectives.
• Set performance goals, benchmarks, and compare to industry standards.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend training to improve performance and compliance.
• Analyze issues and root causes, proposing solutions to mitigate disruptions.
• Evaluate costs of inefficiencies and suggest resource optimization.
