Operations Marketing Manager (Indonesia & Malaysia)

The Operations Marketing Manager will lead and grow our marketing and partnership efforts in Indonesia and Malaysia. You’ll manage campaign operations while also driving business development with brands, game publishers, and key regional players.

Responsibilities

  1. Regional Operations Oversight
  2. Coordinate and support local marketing and project operations across Indonesia and Malaysia.
  3. Work closely with the existing team to track project status, performance, and deliverables.
  4. Maintain reporting trackers and collaborate with the broader operations and project teams.
  1. Business Development & Partnerships
  2. Lead the development of new partnerships with brands, gaming publishers, and influencers.
  3. Leverage personal and professional connections to generate new business opportunities.
  4. Initiate and manage outreach to prospective clients and strategic partners in gaming and adjacent industries.
  5. Represent the company in corporate marketing, branding, and industry events, beyond gaming/pop culture conventions.

  2. Serve as a liaison between client needs and internal capabilities, maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, publishers, and brands.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in:
  • A marketing agency (project or account management role preferred)
  • A brand partnership or business development capacity

Strong knowledge of the gaming industry is required (personal passion or familiarity is okay; professional experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience working in high-paced, growth-stage environments or startups is a plus.

Ability to work independently across cross-functional teams and markets.

Must be fluent in Bahasa (Indonesian or Malaysian); English proficiency is required.
