This rapidly growing company specializes in elegant, high-quality dresses produced in-house, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, timeless design, and fine materials. The brand operates online and is expanding its presence through curated retail partnerships.

As part of its operational growth, the company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations from sourcing to shipment, ensuring smooth execution and high standards across the entire production and delivery chain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand and support product assortment planning
• Source fabrics and materials from local and international vendors
• Supervise production timelines and conduct quality control checks
• Manage inventory in coordination with the e-commerce team
• Assist in developing and maintaining product sizing charts
• Package and dispatch customer orders
• Coordinate logistics with local and international shipping providers
• Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment

Ideal Profile

• Currently based in Dubai or open to relocation
• Fluent in Russian; English at a conversational level (training can be provided)
• Experience in fashion retail or clothing industry is required (managerial experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proactive and hands-on approach to daily operations
• Adaptable and eager to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
