Job description

Angle Recruitment has partnered with a leading marine technical services company, currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organisational strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team to ensure all activities contribute to the organisation's mission. Provide operational and commercial guidance and support, as well as professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the country budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability. Monitor financial performance and report to regional/global management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in team leadership roles within a classification society is a must, and those who have experience managing fleet in service businesses will be held in high regard.
  • Strong managerial skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
  • Financial acumen is a must.
  • Marine engineering background or naval architecture background is preferred.
