Job description

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with import & export regulations.

Handle all import & export duties across Sea & Air Freight.

Manage and monitor end-to-end export-import operations.

Communicate and coordinate with clients, shipping lines, overseas agents, government institutions, and Customs.

Verify shipment details (HS Codes, value, descriptions) and submit documents to Customs.

Monitor operational performance and provide solutions for issues.

Deliver excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders.

Review export-import P&L (margins) and prepare regular reports.

Manage overall operations, ensuring alignment with company mission.

Oversee shipments, contracts, and delivery schedules.

Handle issue resolution, risk mitigation, and employee management.

Plan resources and identify training needs for team members.

Manage vendor selection, evaluations, and purchasing processes.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
