Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the distribution and aggregator services at GoApotik.
• Set up, develop, and implement strategies (Online to Offline) such as enabler, drop-ship, multi-warehouse, and aggregator optimization.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution across distribution channels.
• Develop and implement an effective Supply Chain Management system supporting the enabler model, ensuring integration with other operational and business tools.
• Lead the customer support team across all channels, ensuring a seamless customer journey from online engagement to offline delivery, monitoring feedback, and addressing issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate online platforms with backend systems.
• Train staff at offline locations on using online platforms and conduct workshops to promote O2O best practices organization-wide.
