We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at GreenSM Indonesia. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics processes. This is a full-time position based in Palembang, Indonesia.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and safety

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of production and logistics to meet customer demands and deadlines

Analyse and interpret operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Liaise with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and finance, to align operations with the overall business goals

Manage and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

Strong knowledge of operational processes, supply chain management, and continuous improvement methodologies
