We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure efficiency across production, logistics, and business processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Manage supply chain, inventory, production, and distribution processes.
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs to improve performance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with tax, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Forecast demand and support strategic planning for business growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability.
- Collaborate with management to align operations with overall brand strategy.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in apparel, retail, or e-commerce.
- Proven success in managing supply chain, distribution, and team performance.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of building efficient systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
