A leading recovery center in Bali is seeking an Operations Manager to enhance daily operations and ensure exceptional client and staff experiences. The role involves leadership, HR management, and operational oversight within a dynamic and mission-driven environment focused on recovery care.

The Lighthouse Bali is a premier recovery center offering bespoke trauma and addiction recovery programs. We are now hiring an Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery across departments.
As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily functioning and long-term planning of The Lighthouse Bali. This is a dynamic leadership role that blends operational oversight with strategic coordination across departments including HR, client support, team management, villa management, and legal compliance.
You’ll play a critical part in enhancing both the client and staff experience, ensuring that every behind-the-scenes detail supports our mission of transformational care.
Leadership & Coordination
Oversee daily business and administrative operations
Manage operations staff and coordinate inter-departmental workflows
Lead regular staff and departmental meetings
Maintain and refine SOPs, policies, and compliance protocols
Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor law and operational regulations
HR Management
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and contract management
Coordinate staff performance reviews and time-off tracking
Mediate team challenges and oversee disciplinary action when needed
Ensure monthly supervision sessions are tracked and reported
Client Experience Support
Coordinate client onboarding, contracts, and medical assessments
Oversee preparation of welcome packs and daily experience monitoring
Maintain regular check-ins with clients to support wellbeing
Coordinate client-related logistics with respect and sensitivity
Finance & Payroll
Oversee payroll processing and liaise with accountants
Manage budget-related tracking and approvals
Legal & Administrative
Track legal deadlines and ensure documentation is current
Source operational needs, therapeutic supplies, and rentals
Manage stock of literature, emergency medical supplies, uniforms
Marketing & Digital Oversight
Oversee website design, updates, and functionality
Support social media, newsletter, and email communication workflows
Coordinate inquiries for private therapy sessions and track invoices
3+ years operations manager (or similar) experience
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Deep familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR practices
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Skilled in using digital tools: spreadsheets, project management, clinical systems
Experience managing marketing workflows and digital platforms
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Must be based in Bali
Monthly Salary: IDR 10 – 15 million (based on experience and qualifications)
