An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee service strategy implementation and operational excellence. This role involves evaluating service processes, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least three years of experience in operational management, particularly in the mining or cement sectors. Evaluate the implementation of service strategy and policy, analyze any aspects influencing the implementation, develop and coordinate the implementation strategy with related parties. Set up budget for the service department and evaluate its utilization periodically.
Manage Operations
Review operation reports from each supervisor, analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of unit reparation and maintenance works, coordinate weekly meetings, communicate operational strategy and technical improvements from SBM. Analyze parts needs and supply, organize parts, and set up parts budget according to each service project. Monitor and evaluate quotation preparation.
Process Improvement
Monitor and evaluate various service processes, analyze possibilities for improvement, and develop more reliable and effective service processes.
Operational Excellence
Monitor and evaluate operational processes conducted by subordinates, analyze effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, and develop more reliable and effective business processes if necessary.
Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)
Manage and monitor the implementation of SHE systems and procedures, evaluate existing SHE systems and procedures, and propose improvements.
Establish and execute budgets for the business unit in line with divisional business plans, evaluate business unit performance against the budget and plan, and take corrective actions as required.
Customer Service
Follow up on critical or special customer complaints, analyze the issues, and recommend solutions.
Personal Management
Propose proportional staffing based on quantity and quality.
People Development
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate activities related to performance management, training, development, coaching, and counseling for subordinates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
Minimum of 3 years in the same field.
Experience in operation/maintenance in material handling, especially in mining, cement industry, or smelter.
Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously.
Willing to travel intensively around Indonesia.
Willing to be placed at Head Office, Sunter - North Jakarta.
