Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end logistics for hardware devices, including shipping, returns, and device collection.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners (shipping companies, TPLs, collection agencies).
3. Design and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
4. Monitor logistics metrics and drive improvements in delivery times, return rates, and cost efficiency.
5. Lead and mentor a team to ensure seamless operations and performance.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistics concerns and enhance coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Proven experience with logistics partners and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics companies with hardware/device operations is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
