Operations Manager will report to General Manager
Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily operations of our park, recreational facilities, and guest programs. This role demands a proactive and hands-on leader who ensures smooth day-to-day operations, consistently enhances service quality, and drives operational excellence in alignment with Taman Safari Indonesia’s commitment to conservation, education, and recreation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the park to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Maximize customer satisfaction, facility performance, and resource efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and service.
- Supervise park infrastructure, attractions, facilities, and operational teams across various departments.
- Optimize asset usage, workforce allocation, and service delivery to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement strategic and tactical plans in line with the organization’s goals and provide clear direction to operational teams.
- Monitor performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze operational data to detect inefficiencies, improve productivity, and reduce waste.
- Ensure full compliance with CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment) and Sapta Pesona values across all areas.
- Establish operational systems and KPIs to track, evaluate, and continuously improve service delivery and return on investment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in 4–5 star hotels or recreation/theme parks.
- Strong leadership with proven ability in people management, cross-departmental coordination, and high-pressure decision-making.
- Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem solving, and strategic planning for operational improvement.
- Experience in developing and implementing service quality improvement plans.
- In-depth understanding of current trends, standards, and best practices in theme park and leisure facility operations.
- Willingness to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
