Job summary

PT TOYOTA ASTRA FINANCIAL SERVICES seeks high-potential fresh graduates for a 9-12 month Management Trainee Program designed to groom you into an operational leader within the company.

You will engage in comprehensive training modules, demonstrate aptitude in planning, leading, and executing tasks, and collaborate with mentors to gain insights into leadership and management practices. Willingness to be posted across TAF branches in Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with GPA 3.50/4.00; all majors welcome but preferred in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• Up to 2 years of working experience for professionals.
• Excellent communication, drive, learning eagerness, teamwork, and analytical thinking required.
• Leadership experience is a plus; WIlling to be assigned across TAF branches in Indonesia.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fresh graduate minimum Bachelor's Degree with min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00. All majors are welcome but preferably from Accounting, Finance, and Engineer.
• Professionals are welcome with maximum working experience 2 years
• Showing excellent personal quality in communication, strong drive and eagerness to achieve, willingness to learn, teamwork, and analytical thinking
• Strong organizational experience in or outside college. Leadership experience is a plus
• Willing to be assigned throughout TAF's branches (all around Indonesia)
