Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-orientedOperations Leadto join our Bali-based team. This is afull-time, field-based role—not a desk job—requiring hands-on involvement across sourcing, factory coordination, logistics, and sample delivery.

As the operational backbone of Harvest’s Best, you will manage everything from raw material sourcing and quality checks to factory oversight and daily product movement. Your role ensures that every product moves efficiently through the supply chain with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier & Raw Material Management

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability
• Coordinate raw product ordering and delivery schedules
• Inspect quality of raw materials upon arrival
• Maintain and update supplier database with pricing and lead time records

Factory & Production Coordination

• Be physically present at the factory during:
• • Raw material arrivals
• • Production and packaging days
• Cross-check quality control based on SOP (training provided)
• Record and report on daily output, quality issues, and yield rates

Sample & Product Delivery

• Organize preparation and delivery of samples to horeca leads
• Ensure packaging is complete, clean, and brand-ready
• Maintain delivery records and client confirmation logs

Logistics & Inventory

• Monitor freezer inventory weekly
• Ensure FIFO system, labeling, and correct stock rotation
• Alert GM on any packaging or stock material shortages

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Own motorbike and valid SIM C
• Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Highly organized, reliable, and responsive
• Willing to work in the field and be mobile daily
• Proficient with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic photo documentation

Bonus Points

• Prior experience in F&B supply chain, food production, or horeca
• Comfortable with QC checks or SOP documentation
• Understanding of freezer/cold chain systems (training provided)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus—but not mandatory.

Working Schedule

• Monday–Saturday
• Flexible hours depending on delivery or production schedules
• Must be reachable and ready to travel daily
