• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines; proactive and team-oriented.
• Experience in project coordination or exposure to regional/global environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support implementation of operational and system projects, regulatory requirements, and Head Office initiatives related to banking operations.
• Collaborate with departments to identify issues, assess impacts, and develop practical solutions.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and KRIs to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and performance analyses.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within Operations.
