Extensive experience in the operational fields and managerial position.
Possess strong leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to manage time, the team, and make required decisions within the operations.
Good understanding of Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) and Fitting, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) required for each property.
Ability to understand the flow of service, room divisions, and maintenance issues.
Good understanding of engineering issues and able to provide prompt solutions.
Control Unit Properties staff and work schedules and ability to conduct training for staff.
Maintain good customer reviews and establish guest relations with Unit team members.
Liaising in manning and new talents required in the most efficient manner.
Conduct monthly reports, staff appraisals, quality assurance for each property, support, and conduct operational presentations to the Executive Office.
Proficient in computer systems, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
