Job description

To manage end-to-end operations, logistics, and sales support functions.

To manage and oversee the entire import process, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Check shipping documents for completeness: AWB/BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Insurance, Form AI/E/D (if any), Lartas.

Coordinate with forwarders for EXW/FCA/FOB shipment arrangements, including communication with surveyors for inspections at the origin country.

Plan, organize, coordinate, reschedule, and control all resources needed to carry out efficient operations.

Serve as the point of contact for ministries and update on regulations related to Indoor Lighting.

Coordinate with suppliers/customers for delivery processes.

Keep updated with dynamic import regulations.

Maintain accurate and updated stock inventory.

Manage and oversee the entire import process, ensuring compliance and supply chain efficiency.

Logistics - Inspect and handle inbound/outbound shipments; prepare monthly reports.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling import, shipping, or scheduling.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and self-disciplined.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Able to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Domiciled in Jabodetabek area.
  • Mostly WFH.
