FLOW is a digital credit management company promoting ethical collections in Asia, partnering with banks and enterprises to recover value responsibly. We seek an analytical professional to assess client portfolios, deliver performance insights, and support OPS management with data-driven recommendations.

The role includes troubleshooting with partners, driving revenue via value-added services, and delivering MIS-based analyses to enhance call center performance. Remote work options are available.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in a quantitative/analytical role within a collections call center operations.
• Quantitatively savvy with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and results orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Accounting, or similar from a reputable university.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Knowledge of CRM or debt collection industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze client portfolios and provide regular performance updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with partners and operations.
• Increase revenue per partner by delivering value-added services.
• Create recurring performance and productivity analyses from MIS reports.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for OPS management and coordinate with MIS.
• Provide regular analytical notes with insights to OPS management.
• Collect status updates from Call Centre Heads and track targets.
• Identify opportunities from data to improve call center month-over-month performance.
• Conduct weekly reviews on portfolio behavior and performance trajectory.
