Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Operations Coach located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area or Charlotte, North Carolina. The Operations Coach will be responsible for supervising daily operational activities, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols. This role involves facilitating team development, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying areas for operational improvement and fostering an environment of accountability and growth.
