Brand & Content Strategy
Define and maintain a cohesive brand voice across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, etc.) while tailoring content to drive performance.
Drive Traffic & Sales
Plan and execute campaigns that build brand equity and drive measurable results—especially across e-commerce channels.
Launch & Scale Products
Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, integrating product messaging, creative assets, and promotional mechanics.
Daily Ops Management
Manage storefront visuals, campaign calendars, influencer partnerships, and performance dashboards.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with product ops, creative, customer service, and external agencies to ensure full-funnel consistency.
Monitor, Learn, Optimize
Track KPIs, test content and offers, and make smart, data-driven optimizations that move the needle.
3+ years experience in brand management, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations.
Proven ability to drive sales and performance—not just build pretty campaigns.
Experience managing brand presence on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram...
Strong project ownership, detail orientation, and an always-on learner’s mindset.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Prior experience operating in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or high-growth startup environment.
Deep understanding of TikTok trends, short-video content formats, and live commerce mechanics.
Experience collaborating with KOLs or managing brand social accounts directly.
Familiarity with the mother-and-baby category or young-parent consumer behavior.
