Job description

Bigo-Hello Yo-Indonesia-Operations Assistant

Responsibility

  1. Advanced in features and how to play voice chat applications, understand the needs and psychology of VIP users.
  2. Responsible for building contacts with VIP users, collecting, compiling, analyzing and managing user information.
  3. Distinguish services for VIP users, answer questions and maintain good communication with users.
  4. Continue to follow VIP user conditions every day, and create strategies to maintain and increase user activity, and guide in refilling
  5. Conceive and organize users/VIP events regularly, issues rewards of events, estimate and control event budget.
  6. Coordinate and analyze various effective events/ activities that are in accordance with the policies/plans of the operational team, and also help the operational team to gather questions and feedback from VIP users.

Requirement

  1. A good temperament, the experience of customer services is preferred.
  2. Likes the internet, and can quickly adapt to the field of voice chat applications.
  3. Fluent in and English, able to analyze user psychology and take the initiative to provide good service.
  4. Able to work under pressure, be able to respond to problems, make solutions on time and make sense.
