Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operational Transformation Manager to lead and drive initiatives aimed at enhancing our operational efficiencies and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, change management, and strategic planning, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive operational transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across business processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process. Develop training programs and resources to support teams in adapting to new processes and technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organization to implement transformation initiatives. Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative environment.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities related to operational transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in operational management, process improvement, or transformation roles.
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
