Role Summary: As a Business Consultant, you will support project execution, work closely with senior consultants, and contribute to delivering business solutions. You will work across various industries, focusing on solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle own workstream, lead client meetings and presentations by preparing materials and supporting discussions
2. Assist in conducting analysis, data gathering, and market research to support project delivery
3. Support design of strategic frameworks, business cases, and actionable recommendations for clients
4. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality consulting engagements
5. Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and suggest improvements

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in management consulting
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
5. Experience in digital transformation or technology-focused projects is a plus

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
2. Strong work ethic, with attention to detail and commitment to results
3. Willingness to travel and work across multiple geographies, mainly in Indonesia
