Operational Risk Officer

• Establish, manage, and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Review and update policies and procedures in the operational risk department.
• Provide advice or recommendations regarding operational risk to other units.
• Prepare internal and external reports related to operational risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Banking.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operational risk or internal audit within the banking industry.
• Experience leading RCSA, KRI, LED, BCP, and BIA implementation teams and projects.
• Holding a Risk Management Certification Level 4.
