About the job Operational Manager (School/Childcare)

We are looking for a perceptive Childcare Manager to oversee the operation of our facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children enrolled in our programs. The ideal candidate will be committed to effective communication with parents and possess specialized skills in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with child care regulations.
2. Manage staff payroll and resolve staff issues.
3. Check all areas designated for children's activities.
4. Inventory all available facility equipment.
5. Plan daily activities for children.
6. Manage the company's child care facilities.
7. Hire and train all staff members.

Requirements:

1. HR experience in team management.
2. Background in school management or education would be highly valued.
3. Availability to work flexible weekdays and weekends from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (holiday will be rostered).
4. Team-oriented, excellent communicator, and highly organized.
