About the role

As the Operational Manager at DUFAN, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of this
an Interactive and Educational Agro Tourism. Based in the vibrant Batu District in East Java, this full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness

Manage and coordinate the workflow of various teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of products and services

Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement

Analyse key performance indicators and data to make informed decisions, ensuring the company's operational targets are met

Foster a positive, safety-conscious work culture and provide guidance and support to the team

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operations with the company's overall business strategy

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, policies, and safety standards

What we're looking for

Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior operational management role, preferably within the Interactive and Educational Agro Tourism or a similar fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

Familiarity with operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and key performance indicators

Degree in Operations Management, or a related field

Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
