Job summary

Mustika Indah Permai in South Sumatra seeks a Safety Operations Leader to oversee and optimize the Keselamatan Operasional (KO) system across mining facilities, infrastructure, installations, and equipment. You will direct feasibility testing, manage commissioning and re‑commissioning strategies, and ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance and system analysis.
• POP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead mining operational safety (KO) across facilities, infrastructure, installations, and equipment.
• Direct feasibility testing and manage commissioning and re-commissioning strategies.
• Ensure accurate reporting and digitalization of safety databases on site.

• Directing feasibility testing, managing commissioning and re-commissioning strategies.


• Ensuring the accurate reporting and digitalization of operational safety databases across the site.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Environment Engineering.


• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.


• Advanced knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance, system analysis, and K3 regulations.


• prefereed a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.


• Strong leadership, advanced problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra.
