A rapidly growing holding company in Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities and maintain supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to expanding operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Manage and oversee the purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-efficient procurement.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.
Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and conditions.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to forecast future needs.
Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements in procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Generate reports on purchasing activities and cost-saving initiatives.
Have experience handling raw materials and packing materials.
