Responsibilities

1. Analyze station/last mile performance and present solutions for any KPI gaps.
2. Create and lead operations improvement projects, including identifying and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
3. Present relevant insights to multiple stakeholders to gain support for improving operational performance.
4. Travel across the nation for operational reviews, project execution, problem identification, suggesting operational improvements, and training consultations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Preferably from reputable universities, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 1 year of experience as an operations analyst or related position.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and conceptual skills.
• Highly adaptable, team player, customer-centric, eager to learn independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel around Indonesia.
