We are looking someone with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Management or a similar field
• Have at least 5+ years of experience as executive in Education or Learning Center or IT Consultant
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner and can quickly comprehend new topics and interrelation

The work you’ll do:

• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
• Oversee recruitment and people training of existing and new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Ensure quality of service
