Join Our Team as a Operation Dept. Head/ Manager
Are you an experienced professional passionate about driving operational excellence? We are looking for a Operation Dept. Head/ Manager to lead and optimize our business operations, logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and top management to design strategies, implement improvements, and deliver tangible results aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

As a key part of our core team, you will be directly involved in managing daily operations, making strategic decisions, and driving continuous improvement across all processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain, with strong knowledge of operations strategy and management.

Proven experience in strategic planning and product transportation, ensuring timely and proper delivery of goods.

Solid working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Skilled in motivating, coaching, and, when necessary, disciplining team members to achieve performance standards.

Responsibilities:
