Operation & Commercial Manager - Manyar Gresik

Monitor and evaluate the implementation of business strategy and policy, develop, recommend, and coordinate strategy implementation to direct superior, management, and subordinates.

Sales and Marketing

Monitor and evaluate sales target achievement, set sales targets, and develop marketing strategies to support management and subordinates.

Customer Service

Oversee customer service programs, follow up on critical customer requests and complaints, and recommend solutions.

Operational Excellence

Evaluate operational processes, analyze effectiveness and efficiency, and develop improvements where necessary.

Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)

Implement and evaluate SHE programs, develop new initiatives based on evaluations to promote SHE awareness.

Financial Management

Establish and manage budgets aligned with divisional plans, evaluate performance, and take corrective actions as needed.

Human Resource Development

Identify manpower needs, evaluate development needs, propose training programs, and conduct coaching and counseling based on KPIs.

Community Development

Develop community programs aligned with community needs and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Mining.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience as Site or Operations Manager.
• Experience as Sales or Commercial Manager is a plus.
• Experience in Operation, Maintenance, or Commercial roles in Conveyor Industry, especially in Mining or Smelter.
• Proficiency in Business English and computer literacy.
• Willing to be placed in Gresik.
