Job summary

A leading FinTech company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a motivated individual to provide translation support, conduct data analysis, and assist in the development of marketing strategies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience, and be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of work experience; experience in Fintech or related industries is a plus.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, and charts).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in communication between English-speaking management and Bahasa Indonesia–speaking staff.
  • Perform basic data processing and statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Conduct spot checks on strategy execution, including quality inspection and compliance monitoring.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to support business decisions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and content plans.

Job description

Translation Support: Assist in communication between English-speaking management and Bahasa Indonesia–speaking staff.

Data Analysis: Perform basic data processing and statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Quality Control: Conduct spot checks on strategy execution, including quality inspection and compliance monitoring.

Market Research & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to support business decisions.

Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and content plans.

Business Strategy Optimization: Support the review and optimization of operational and commercial strategies to improve efficiency and results.

Operational Support: Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the consultant.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–2 years of work experience; experience in Fintech or related industries is a plus.

Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, and charts).

Strong analytical, communication, and learning abilities.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in market research, marketing support, or business strategy projects.

Understanding of collections, risk management, or Fintech operations.
