Operation and Product Manager (Restaurant/FNB)
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager and Product Manager to join our growing restaurant business based in Pluit, North Jakarta. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead operations, inspire teams, develop store product HPP, and be responsible for store staff training and related work directions.
Job Description for Operation Manager and Product Training Manager:
- Achievement of sales and operation targets: Meet the annual plan of headquarters operation KPIs, implement annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans, and ensure targets are achieved.
- Cost management: Implement set cost targets in line with headquarters KPIs, including managing material losses, miscellaneous costs, and controlling labor costs within budget.
- Safety and security: Supervise and manage internal control security, revenue and fund security, food safety, and fire and robbery prevention in stores under your jurisdiction.
- Store product development: Responsible for developing store products and SOP documentation.
- Staff training: Oversee store staff training and development activities.
- Product HPP and recipe management: Develop store product HPP and manage related recipe ingredients.
- Product update roadmap: Produce and maintain the product update roadmap.
Experience in product development and training for noodle restaurant chains such as Wizzmie, Solaria, Gacoan Noodles, etc., will be a plus.
