Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an onsite Technical Support Specialist to maintain WiFi, CCTV, PIDS, and Locotrack systems in Palembang. You will troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, software, and device issues while ensuring services stay available and meet SLA requirements.

With 1–2 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, you will work on LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, WiFi, switches, and routers, and support GPS/Locotrack or related systems. This is an on-site role based in Palembang.

Qualifications

Minimum education: SMK, preferably with IT/Networking focus.
1–2 years of onsite Technical Support or related IT experience.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, WiFi, switches and routers.
Experience with WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Experience with CCTV systems including NVR/DVR and IP cameras.
Knowledge of PIDS or other display/information systems is a plus.
Familiarity with GPS/tracking systems (Locotrack) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance for WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and device-related issues.
Monitor system availability to ensure services run smoothly.
Respond to incidents and perform recovery actions per operational procedures and SLA.
