Job summary

Eye Level Palu is seeking a dedicated instructor to teach Math and English to children aged 3-15 in a small-group setting aligned with the Eye Level philosophy, methods, curriculum, and progress plans.

You will provide quality academic coaching, communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff, motivate learners, and maintain progress reports while handling occasional administrative tasks. This role requires onsite work and a strong commitment to Eye Level's program.

Qualifications

• At least a diploma or degree in education or related field.
• Fluent in English; written and spoken.
• Experience with teaching children and teens preferred.
• Ability to work onsite and follow Eye Level curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach Math and English to children aged 3-15 in small groups.
• Provide quality coaching aligned with Eye Level curriculum and progress plans.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Motivate students and maintain progress reports.
• Perform administrative activities if needed and notify center director of issues.
