Job summary

Responsibilities

• Teaching Math & English to children aged 3-15 years old.
• Provide quality academic coaching in a small group setting according to Eye Level philosophy.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Motivate and encourage students.
• Grading and maintaining progress reports for each student.
• Perform administrative activities if needed.
• Notify Center Director of any problems or concerns.

• Familiar with children and teens.
• Has the initiative to introduce the Eye Level program
• Honest, disciplined, committed, communicative, attractive, creative, hard-worker, and tech-savvy.
• Well dressed; maintaining an attractive yet professional look is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite.
