Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, invites you to join our Karawang site as a production operator. You will assist with compounding, dispensing and packaging, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met while supporting efficient production.

Role requires 1–2 years in a similar production setting, ability to work in a fast-paced team, and experience weighing materials with floor scales and flow meters.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar production role.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in weighing ingredients using floor scales and flow meters.
• Familiar with safety and hygiene standards in production settings.
• Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling specific materials.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team in executing manufacturing processes (compounding, dispensing, packaging).
• Prepare and handle materials required for production operations.
• Support routine cleaning procedures to uphold hygiene standards.
• Ensure the work environment remains safe, sanitary, and compliant with regulations.
• Participate in maintenance of equipment and tools used in production.
• Compound raw materials into finished goods per SOPs.
• Perform packing of finished goods following regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
