Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar production role.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in weighing ingredients using floor scales and flow meters.
• Familiar with safety and hygiene standards in production settings.
• Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling specific materials.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team in executing manufacturing processes, including compounding, dispensing, and packaging.
• Prepare and handle materials required for production operations.
• Support routine cleaning procedures to uphold hygiene standards in the production area.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary, and compliant work environment.
• Participate in maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure efficiency.
• Compound raw materials into finished goods following SOPs.
• Pack finished goods in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets.
