PT Paradise Properties Development is looking for 2 experienced Site Managers to join our growing team for the construction of Enso Villa and Eternal Villa, located in Bali.

Qualifications:

Based in Bali (preferred) – company-provided accommodation (mess) is available for candidates from outside Bali

Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in villa or high-end residential projects

Able to read and execute construction drawings

Skilled in coordinating on-site teams, vendors, and subcontractors

Responsible, proactive, and a strong communicator

Able to communicate in English (at least passive)
