Responsibilities

• Assist in handling shipment documentation and customs clearance processes at client premises.
• Coordinate with internal Customs team and client representatives to ensure timely operations.
• Provide daily operational support, updates, and basic reporting to supervisors and management.
• Address client-specific requirements under the guidance of the onsite supervisor.
• Support resolution of operational issues and escalations as needed.
