Online Sales Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Online Sales Admin to support our e-commerce sales operations and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist to manage website and marketplaces day-to-day operations (e.g., response to orders)
2. Reply to chats on marketplaces and Admin Phone (WhatsApp)
3. Check prices, product descriptions, and images regularly on marketplaces
4. Upload banners and promotion updates on marketplaces
5. Pack products for customers across all channels
6. Ensure AVA: Availability, Visibility, Accessibility Assortments
7. Create collections and categorize products
8. Report to Ecommerce Manager/SM
9. Host live streaming events
10. Be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation
11. Stay organized and adapt to a fast-paced environment
12. Create sales and chat performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly and report to the manager
13. Reply to chats (marketplaces and WhatsApp) outside office hours

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing or Communication studies major is a plus)
2. A minimum of 1 year of working experience in an online channel for a brand
3. Experience in handling online platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.
4. Target, sales, and customer-oriented
5. Strict attention to detail and a passion for e-commerce
6. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
7. Familiar with reporting data and proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data pivot tables
