Job summary

Ruangguru in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Online Educational Consultant to join our advisory team. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site consultations at our Tangerang office, delivering strategic guidance to schools, educators, and stakeholders.

You will apply expertise in curriculum design, instructional technology, and educational leadership to develop actionable plans, mentor clients, and help drive innovative learning programs across the region.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in educational leadership, consulting, or administration.
• Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, comfortable with both remote and in-person client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Must be available for on-site meetings and consultations in Tangerang as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of educational programs, identifying areas for improvement and strategic development.
• Provide expert advice on curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and educational technology integration.
• Develop customized strategic plans and actionable recommendations for educational institutions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and administrators, both online and in person.
• Advise on best practices for student engagement, assessment, and personalized learning.
• Research and stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in education globally.
• Collaborate with clients to implement recommended strategies and monitor progress.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new consulting services and methodologies.
