IndoPanda invites applications for CSCA Mathematics Trainers - English Taught (Freelance). Join a mission to deliver accessible, high-quality CSCA math instruction to Indonesian students and help them become internationally competitive.

You will teach Mathematics, design structured plans, guide students, assess progress, and foster active participation. Applicants should have a strong math background, be able to teach in English, and be comfortable with online teaching tools; afternoon/evening

Qualifications

Strong academic background in Mathematics; knowledge of Physics or Chemistry is a plus.
Able to teach and communicate academically in English.
Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital teaching tools.
Patient, responsible, and able to motivate students to achieve learning goals.
Available to teach in the afternoon and evening on weekdays.

Responsibilities

Deliver CSCA courses in Mathematics based on students’ academic levels.
Design and implement structured teaching plans aligned with the CSCA syllabus.
Provide personalized academic guidance to help students overcome learning difficulties and improve performance.
Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and periodic evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage active classroom participation to develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and academic communication skills.
