About The Role
An Onboarding/Support consultant plays a crucial role in facilitating the implementation and onboarding of our system to new and existing clients, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support after the system goes live.
This role requires you to be a product champion with in-depth knowledge of our system and a problem-solving mindset. You will need to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and address their concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop clients' onboarding activities from project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration, to “System Live”.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage implementation processes, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Design and deliver product training to clients, enabling them to utilize our system features fully and rapidly based on their needs.
  • Prepare User Guides and Manuals as needed.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Become an expert on product features and stay updated on new feature launches.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct training sessions for new clients and refresher sessions for existing clients.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to solve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support system configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting during onboarding.
  • Partner with Team Lead and Sales Representatives to support product adoption.
  • Identify prospects and expand TableCheck's presence in Indonesia, converting them into long-term customers.
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure brand consistency.

Must Have Qualifications / Requirements

  • Citizen of Indonesia
  • Availability to travel within Bali and the SEA region when required
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel restaurant supervision, with well-known knowledge of hotel restaurant operations and the restaurant industry
  • Solid customer service attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness and ability to constantly learn and train others

Prefer Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience as a Product, Operations, or Support Consultant at an IT SaaS company
  • Knowledge of global or local POS systems and SaaS products in the hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in another European language

Working Conditions

  • Work hours: Mon - Fri, 10:00 - 19:00 (Hybrid work style)
  • Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays
  • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and current salary
