Job Position

  • Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients and advertisers. Cold outreach may be required if there are no scheduled meetings
  • Sell OnBali's advertising services, partnership placements, and other commercial offerings
  • Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Close deals and achieve the set sales KPIs
  • Support existing clients and identify new opportunities to increase profitability per client
  • Work with CRM to record and manage client interactions

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in media, advertising, tourism, or services)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to conduct professional business correspondence
  • Experience with CRM and sales via written communication as well as in-person meetings (highly important!)
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections during face-to-face meetings

Work Conditions & Benefits

  • Remote work, but the majority of client meetings will be conducted in person.
  • The candidate is responsible for scheduling meetings with clients and attending them personally
  • Full-time position
  • Fixed base salary + bonuses for closed deals
