What you will do
Host Side – Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Assist and accompany the main host in welcoming guests during check-in and check-out using the Bobobox HCS system
- Support the main host in greeting guests and verifying reservations in a professional and courteous manner
- Help respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests under supervision
- Operate guest-facing technology (e.g., self check-in, smart door access, room control system) with assistance from the main Host
- Assist guests in using Bobobox’s mobile app or digital platforms for booking, payments, and feedback submission
- Encourage guests to provide feedback via digital platforms to help improve service quality
Cleaning Side – Room & Facility Maintenance
- Clean and prepare capsule/pods according to Bobobox’s cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Perform deep cleaning of pods as scheduled (including walls, flooring, air vents, and control panels)
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas (communal spaces, hallways, reception, bathrooms)
- Restock supplies in public areas (toiletries, tissues, and other guest necessities)
- Clean and handle high-tech equipment (pods interiors, control panels) with care
- Follow proper sanitization procedures, especially for high-touch surfaces
- Use cleaning chemicals and tools in line with safety guidelines
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations during cleaning activities
- Politley greet and assist guests when encountered during cleaning rounds, and respond to requests for extra amenities, linens, or urgent cleaning
You will fit in this job if you
- High school (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) student or recent graduate in Hospitality or Tourism program (with official school permission for OJT/Trainee placement)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate hospitality software, mobile apps, and smart devices
- Ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency required, additional languages are an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Guest-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures, technologies, and unforeseen operational challenges with a positive and flexible attitude
