PT Garuda Yamato Steel is seeking an HSE/Safety Specialist to conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and ensure corrective actions align with HSE procedures, JSA/RA, and work permits. You will oversee LOTO/LOTOTO, energy isolation, and high-risk work, and monitor machinery safety.

The role includes supporting incident investigations, conducting root-cause analyses, preparing records for HSE audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance at our Bekasi/Cikarang Barat site.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Mechanical/Environmental/Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE/Safety, maintenance, mechanical/electrical or industrial safety with detail-oriented and strong coordination skills.
• Holds K3 Expert/Ahli K3 (umum/ kelistrikan) certifications.
• Solid understanding of OHS regulations and standards (government regulations, ISO 45001), risk assessment, hazard identification, and LOTO/LOTOTO.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Cikarang Barat

Responsabilidades

• Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are completed in line with HSE procedures, JSA/RA, and work permits.
• Oversee the implementation of LOTO/LOTOTO, energy isolation and high-risk work performed in accordance with work safety compliance procedure.
• Inspect and monitor condition and safety of machineries & equipment.
• Support safety communication initiatives and assist in incident response and investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare inspection records, safety reports, and data for HSE audits
