Job summary

PT Human Mandiri Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Japanese Teacher to deliver engaging language lessons on-site in Manggarai or Pamulang. You will help learners develop language skills and cultural understanding, preparing them for Jisshusei and SSW programs.

The role emphasizes structured lesson planning, ongoing assessment, and collaboration with fellow teachers to improve curriculum and outcomes for Indonesian learners pursuing opportunities in Japan.

Qualifications

• Strong Japanese language teaching skills and solid understanding of language instruction principles.
• Experience in lesson planning and education, including designing structured learning activities and assessments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with learners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written. JLPT N3 or above is highly preferred.
• Previous experience teaching Japanese, particularly in vocational training or Japanese language preparation programs, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Manggarai or Kecamatan Pamulang and effectively manage classroom dynamics in a multicultural environment.
• Relevant educational background in Japanese language, education, or a related field.
• Commitment to learner development, professional integrity, and continuous improvement in teaching practice.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing lesson materials and activities.
• Delivering Japanese language classes using appropriate teaching methods.
• Assessing learners’ progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Preparing learners for Jisshusei and Tokutei Ginou/SSW programs, including examinations and practical Japanese language training.
• Managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to continuously improve the curriculum and learning outcomes.
