Golden Agri-Resources Ltd. is seeking an Infrastructure Assistant to oversee site activities for infrastructure projects. You will monitor progress, prepare bi-weekly reports, and develop progress claims aligned with on-site progress.

The role includes ensuring site readiness and providing technical support for estate infrastructure and CSR initiatives. The position is based on site in Siak, with a focus on civil/structural expertise and palm oil-based project experience.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as site engineer or infrastructure assistant in palm oil-based companies.
• Technical competency in civil/construction/structural.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and supervise on-site infrastructure project activities to meet timelines and quality.
• Prepare bi-weekly project progress reports and updates.
• Develop work progress claim documents (BAPP, BAST) aligned with actual site progress.
• Ensure site preparation and access road works are completed before contract awards.
• Provide technical support for Estate Operations on infrastructure items (roads, housing maintenance, inspections) and CSR/sustainability.
